Brad C. Green, PRESIDENT


Mr. Green attended the University of Utah. He began working with MC Green and Sons Inc. in his youth and officially joined the ownership in 1975. Mr. Green has attended numerous educational seminars and programs related to management and industry topics. Mr. Green has promoted and completed projects throughout the United States Including Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, Nevada, Idaho, Arizona, and Illinois while maintaining professional relationships. Mr. Green has a remarkable reputation within the construction Industry and is respected for his ability to provide honest service. He is active in many community and religious organizations and activities.

Roy P. McNeil, ENTREPRENEUR

Mr. McNeil ; former owner of McNeil Construction Graduated from the University of Utah in Civil Engineering. Mr. McNeil is a General Engineering Contractor since 1965 and is Licenced in Arizona, Nevada, and Utah.

    

Micah N. Green, CFO

Micah Green has been involved in the construction business from his youth working for his father Brad. He has spent several years focusing on each of the company's areas of operations including concrete, pipe laying, and excavation/grading. Four of these years have been in management positions as foreman of crews and overseeing project completion. Mr. Green has an Associates and Bachelors Degree from the University of Utah. Mr. Green also has an MBA from the University of Utah.

Michelle Fry, Administrator


Michelle Fry brings 25+ years of administration experience to Green Construction. If you have questions regarding Accounts Payable, Human Resources or just day to day general office questions, she will be happy to assist you.

   

Katelin Johnson, ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

As the Administrative Assistant, Katelin has the responsibility to perform many tasks at Green Construction.  In the afternoons, she will handle and directs calls, take messages, etc.  Katelin is in charge of the processing and distribution of In-Coming mail. Katelin has the responsibility of assisting in the following departments:  Customer Service, Accounts Payable, Human Resources, and Payroll.  She also takes on special projects as needed. With knowledge of all of the Departments listed above, you can be confident that when you speak with Katelin, that she will address your needs in a professional and timely manner.

  Ali Flannery, ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

When you call or stop by Green Construction during the mornings, Alli’s voice and face may be the first one you hear or see. As a part-time employee, Alli answers and directs calls. She efficiently handles the filing of our varied department’s paperwork and takes on special projects when needed. She handles a portion of preparing outgoing correspondence and is responsible for the out-going mail. You may also have the opportunity to speak with Alli in regards to a portion of our Accounts Payables. Please feel free to give Alli a call with any questions or information that you may have. She will make sure that you have the opportunity to speak with the person that requires your attention.
   

Marcus B. Green, V.P. SALES

Marcus Green has been involved in the construction industry from a young age. In his years of experience he has spent time managing and leading crews in the daily operations of the company as well as spent considerable time in the administration and management of sales and office affairs. Mr. Green has a bachelor's degree in business finance from the University of Phoenix. Mr. Green also is an active Real Estate Salesman in the state of Utah.

  Mark Oscarson, ESTIMATOR/PROJECT ENGINEER

Prior to joining Green Construction, Mark Oscarson served in the United States Army for eleven years with various leadership roles and responsibilities. Mark left the Army to pursue a career in construction where he worked as a pipe fitter and commissioning foreman in industrial construction. Mark joined Green Constructions’ team as an estimator in December 2006. Since entering the team Mark has estimated numerous projects ranging from small residential to multi-million dollar industrial and commercial site work projects. Mark also acts as Project Engineer/Contract Manager on many current projects. Mark is currently attending school at Weber State University with a graduation date of spring 2009.

  Mike Remington, ESTIMATOR/PROJECT ENGINEER

Mr. Remington joined the sales team at Green Construction in February of 2009. Mike brings experience in commercial construction with over 3 years of project managing and estimating. He received his formal education from Weber State, receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management. His wide range of construction experience is a great asset to the estimating department. Mike is committed to helping our customers with their projects, using his experience to ensure that schedule, budget, and quality are achieved to exceed your expectations.

  Andrew Hyde, ESTIMATOR/PROJECT ENGINEER

Andrew Hyde is currently working on his degree in Construction Management at S.L.C.C. and has a great passion for the construction industry. Mr. Hyde quickly worked his way up from Shop Assistant to assisting management with daily activities, learning the company structure and again jumped ranks when he was called to be in the office. After tackling the daily tasks that were assigned to him as a Project Engineer he became a Concrete Estimator where he continues to better our systems and improve the cost structure of our growing company. Mr. Hyde plays an important role in the estimating team.

  Morgan Green, V.P. OF OPERATIONS

Morgan Green has worked full time for his father Brad's Business for 7 years and part time since he was a boy. During this time he made himself an integral part of overseeing the company's daily operations. Serving as V.P. of Operations, he has managed quality, safety, scheduling, materials, and manpower. His scope of work has included underground utilities, concrete, and excavation operations exceeding $6,000,000. Mr. Green is currently studying Construction Management and business at Weber State University with an expected Graduation of 2009. He is also a active qualifier for the E-100 Constractors License.

Mason Green, PROJECT MANAGER/SAFETY DIRECTOR 

Mason Green has been working with his father full time for several years, and worked part time at an early age.  Throughout the years has worked in many aspects of the company's operations.  As a project manager, he has overseen the completion of several quality projects.  He has participated in numerous safety trainings and seminars and commands a culture of safety on every project at Green Construction. He is currently studying at Weber State University.

David Frank, CONCRETE FOREMAN


For 20 years, Mr. Frank has worked with Brad in the company’s concrete operations. Like other key employees, he started as a laborer, later advancing to foreperson, cement finisher and operator and, finally superintendent. Mr. Frank has completed all types of concrete construction projects in several states and has developed a great expertise in overseeing projects. Mr. Frank is proficient in all types of heavy equipment operation, slip paving and structural and architectural concrete construction making him valuable in all aspects of operations of GREEN Construction.

Darrin Richardson, CONCRETE FOREMAN

Mr. Richardson began working with Brad ten years ago. Previously, he worked more than 10 years with other contractors. He quickly advanced to the position of project superintendent and has completed numerous projects, including one of the most difficult jobs the company has ever completed, The Rexburg Temple. His leadership and diligence helped greatly throughout the duration of the intensely complicated project, which was completed in 2007.

Mr. Fordice has been working with Brad 14 years, several of which have been in leadership positions. Ron has participated in many management and safety trainings. His leadership skills have proved true by completing all projects on schedule and within budget.

Mr. Gaucin has worked with Brad for 16 years, with his dependability and his hard work ethic , he quickly became a natural leader. Now as a superintendent he runs every job exceeding expectations. His projects run smoothly and safely while producing a quality product.

Mario Hernandez, CONCRETE FOREMAN
 

Mr. Hernandez has worked for Brad for over 10 years, during this time he has served in several positions and is now a concrete superintendent. Mr. Hernandez has participated in leadership and safety seminars which he applies to every task he is assigned. He completes all projects quickly and efficiently. He has an eye for perfection and accepts nothing less on any of his projects.

Octavio Carrillo, PIPE FOREMAN

Octavio claims over 23 years of construction experience with 13 of those as foreman and project manager. During his time in management positions, he has completed projects in the range of $7,000,000 throughout the Western States. Octavio has completed projects of various scope including municipal, industrial and multi-tenet residential. Mr. Carrillo has been with Green Construction for 10 years and maintains a superior safety record, while completing each job on schedule and within budget.

Kevin Perkins, PIPE FOREMAN

Mr. Perkins has worked with Brad for 16 years. Most of which have been in leadership positions. He is proficient in operating all types of heavy equipment.  He takes safety seriously and has a superior safety record. He completes every project efficiently and on schedule.  He maintains the GREEN CONSTRUCTION quality and accepts nothing less.

  Brett Vinson, PIPE & EXCAVATION FOREMAN

Brett has been working in the construction industry for 13 and has been with Brad Green for 10, several of which in managements positions. He is proficient in operation of all types of heavy equipment. He has participated in management and safety trainings at the AGC, and holds a superior safety record.

  John Thompson, MECHANIC & PAVER OPERATOR

Mr. Thompson started his career with Brad in 1982 as a Mechanic and Paver Operator. He continued to work with Brad for the next 11 years in that capacity. John moved on to work as a mechanic for 5 years and to gain more knowledge in the industry working for Kiewit, Granite and along with other construction companies. His mechanic knowledge and experience has contributed specialization in Concrete Paver Operation and Maintenance. John has more than 20 years in concrete paving, which includes expertise in Slip Form Pavers, Deck Form Pavers, Curb Machines and Slip Form Barrier Machines. John has joined the team to contribute his mechanic skills and to operate Green’s Concrete Paving Division.
